Art is a great way to connect with your heart. Creativity, Mindfulness, and Nature- how these three elements changed my life; made it more fulfilling, purpose-driven, meaningful, and helped me to heal from my past emotional damage.
As an artist, I find my artworks speak my emotions, and also give me the courage to move further ahead with confidence and clarity. I’ve always found creativity to be my safest place to dump my emotions and to rework on them.
I wish I knew this power of creation and the connection with nature long before! But I’m glad that I kept moving forward and decided to understand the details later. This is why it is so important to keep moving forward, to keep trying, to keep working hard.
When you start to feel discouraged, just remind yourself that every experience you have is helping you to grow, learn, and to make you better.
I kept repeating myself that, if I want to do something BIG, I must get over lots of failures and hurdles. And any of those experiences should not disappoint me, but should motivate me to explore further to discover my strengths and talents.
My art has a purpose. I draw my doodles and my special number pattern art with a message- for someone who needs a little love and care. A reminder that you’re alone. We’re in this together to lift each other up, and to help each other heal with positive and kind messages.

“To remind you to love yourself unconditionally and to show yourself some love and care, I’ve created these inspiring and encouraging self-love eCards that’s available now to purchase from the marketplace at Fashion Potluck.
“I hope you like them and feel the love that was missing. I so wish that my cards bring you the light, hope, love, and smile to fill the void of those missing years in your life. I hope you start accepting your whole self, and start healing from within!”” ~Excerpt from the Post https://fashionpotluck.com/marketplace/self-love-ecards-made-with-my-special-artwork-patterns
I’ve always seen my art, my creativity as a process of fulfillment, a pure ritual, and an unconditional affair, where I get to engage my senses in creating something unique and different for the universe. This space and the moment is pure, and there’s no competition or expectation, or judgement. Just pure indulgement.
My “aha” spiritual moment is when I sit down to write, create, or do my art. I discovered this when I was able to align my calm positive space [being mindfully present] with creativity, and the eagerness to illustrate my love for nature. This experience awakened me spiritually, physically, and mentally. All I know is I’m the most happiest and the most calm person when I am being creative. “Creating”can pull me out from any worst situation.
Here’s what I’ve experienced. Just like meditation, creativity [creating] sends signals to the brain to reduce the levels of stress, anxiety, and all kind of worries, which itself is so therapeutic. Agree?
I get to write my stories, and share it with the world through the medium of my words, and art. I’ve awakened to the healing powers of creativity and nature; and that itself is so big.
By creating I’m trying to send out the message of “peace on earth”, and with this spiritual awakening, I’m also sharing a powerful message with others to discover and experience their own “creative powers” of healing. I am setting an intention to bring forward all the feelings of acceptance, and hope into the world.
Through art and creativity create your own peace message, and encourage others to create a better world together. Let’s be the ripple of change.
The trifecta effect of mindfulness, creativity, and my love for nature has given a new direction to my life. Ever since I discovered the powerful message behind “creating”, from that very moment my life changed. I got more inclined towards owning my imperfections and failures. Life was redirected to new energies, new positive experiences of living a life with meaning and purpose.
Creating is my passion, and art is one of the medium I choose, or the universe chose for me to communicate and to inspire others by narrating my stories and experiences creatively. I hope you find this post helpful, and you get to write your story – through the medium of art. And let nature be the narrator of your love for “creating.”
